The run

A fun group run, mostly in Zone 2, with Ganaa’s fastest 5K in 22:46 and Tseegii’s fastest 10K.

Saturday Runday brought the group together for a fun morning on the Danville-to-Alamo route. Most of the run stayed in Zone 2, with easy miles and good company. There were two personal bests to celebrate: Ganaa ran his fastest 5K in 22:46, and Tseegii ran her fastest 10K. Congratulations to both!
